SMS Messaging Terms

Skydive Saratoga SMS Program

Skydive Saratoga offers separate SMS communications for transactional/informational messages and promotional/marketing messages. If you opt in to transactional or informational SMS, you may receive messages related to inquiries, reservations, appointment information, scheduling and rescheduling, weather notifications, reminders, service updates, and customer service. Promotional and marketing SMS messages require separate consent. If you separately opt in to promotional SMS, you may receive special offers, discounts, events, and other marketing communications from Skydive Saratoga.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we may send you a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you wish to receive messages again, you may opt in again through one of our available opt-in methods.
