We understand that you may have a last-minute change of plans and need to reschedule. If this happens, we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
We highly recommend that you make reservations ahead of time. It ensures that we’ll be able to get you on a load that day, which is especially critical on busy weekend as we’re often booked solid.
As a courtesy, if you have a reservation between 1-15 people, you’re able to call and change your reservation up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $75 per person. If, for example, you are scheduled to jump with us at 10 a.m. on Friday, you must call us and make those changes before 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Groups with 16 or more people must cancel 2 weeks prior to avoid the cancellation fee of $75 per person.
Deposits and prepayments are non-refundable and expire after 1 year. So if you have a change of heart and want to cancel, you won’t be able to get the booking fee or any payment you put toward the jump back.
If that happens, you can transfer your deposit or prepayment to another person who would like to jump, and they can then give you cash.
We apologize for this inconvenience. But it helps to ensure that people who commit to this activity are following through and that we can operate as efficient as possible, which betters the experience for everyone who visits Skydive Saratoga.
Skydive Saratoga solely (not the customer) will determine if the weather is or will be acceptable for skydiving on any given day. This is almost always decided the day of your reservation so we ask customers not to call with questions about the weather. If prior to your arrival, Saratoga Skydive reschedules your reservation due to weather, we will call and email to reschedule. If after you arrive the weather does not allow for you to jump, we will reschedule your appointment for a later time.
To Cancel or Reschedule
